Fennel is a herb and can grow up to 2 metre. Fennel has been used for centuries in cooking and for medicinal purposes.. The roman warriors consumed fennel to make them strong and ready for the fight.  Our essential oil is made in Turkey from the seed of the plant . We need 20 kg seed to receive 1 kg of fennel essential oil.

Fennel has an affinity with the digestive system and has been used since medieval times to convey longevity, courage and strength.

BENEFITS

An effective antispasmodic of the gastric, Fennel might help relieve indigestion and constipation. Fennel can help to the respiratory system, useful for cough and asthma.  Fennel is an excellent essential oil for convalescence;  and can be used to restore muscle tone after exercise.

TIPS

Make your own healthy tea for colic and stomach cramp, put a drop of fennel oil on a teabag. Drink it warm and slowly.

To improve the condition of your teeth gums put one drop of fennel oil on your teeth pasta and brush.

To be used only for the short term, and at a maximum of 2.5%. Not to be used on children under five. Contra indicated for pregnancy and breastfeeding . Not advisable to use during labor, especially if it is progressing slowly. Prone to oxidation. Fennel can cause convulsions and seizures in people with a history of epilepsy. Possible skin sensitive
