Our Black Pepper essential oil is extracted from the dried, crushed, almost-ripe, red fruit of the Piper Nigrum plant that is native to East Asia. 30-35 kg of dried red fruit we need to receive 1 kg of essential oil.

Tips
Adding a 3-5 drops of Black Pepper oil in 50 ml jojoba and creates a wonderful chest rub or foot massage oil that warms the body while stimulating circulation and the immune system
Add to carrier oil and massage into belly to support digestion and release constipation and gas. (3-5 drops in 50 ml of carrier).
Safety
The chemistry of Black Pepper can vary considerably based on the source. The hot and spicy nature of the oil may cause skin irritation. Use in 1% dilution when applying to the skin in massage oils. Not recommended for use in baths. Store well, as the limonene, alpha-pinene, delta-3-carene content leaves it vulnerable to oxidizing. Once oxidized, it is even more likely to cause serious skin irritation or sensitization.
Don’t use Black pepper when you are pregnant. The suggested shelf life is 3-4 year
